The CS Table

Same table,
same faces.

A small, private group of women in Customer Success who meet around a table a few times a year, to talk about the things work doesn't leave room for.

12 seats by invitation, never by status

What The CS Table is

It started in Madrid in 2025 with one table of twelve. Today there are tables on two continents, each run by its own host.

Small on purpose

No table has more than 12 people, and they're the same people every time. That's how trust gets built.

By invitation, never by status

Title, seniority and company don't decide who sits down. Values and generosity do.

Nobody has to perform

No panels, no pitches, no personal brands. Just people who do the same work and know what it costs.

Run by volunteers

There are no fees. Everyone pays for what she orders, and nobody earns anything from running it.

What happens at a table

An evening around food or drinks, with no agenda beyond one question at the start and one round at the end.

  1. The opening question

The host asks everyone the same question. It sets the tone, then the table takes over.

  2. The conversation

No theme, no moderator, no slides. Careers, clients, leadership, doubts, wins, life.

  3. What I take home

Before leaving, each person shares one thing she's taking with her.

What's shared at the table stays at the table.

What we hold each other to

Passion
We're proud of our profession and bring that energy to every conversation.
Responsibility
We listen, keep our commitments and care about each other's growth as much as our own.
Trust
Everyone can speak openly and disagree without fear.
Communication
Honest, clear and kind, including when it's uncomfortable.
Curiosity
We come to learn, and stay open to perspectives unlike ours.

Our tables

Each table meets in its own language and keeps its own rhythm, with the same values at every one.

Your city?

If you know enough women in Customer Success where you live, you could host the next one.

Host a table

Two ways in

Seats are limited and every table is full more often than not. Write to us anyway: we reply to everyone within 14 days, even when the answer is "not yet".

Request a seat

Tell us your city and a little about you. If there's a seat, you'll be invited to a first table to see whether it's right for you.
